Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Green is the Chairman and CEO of RER Solutions, Inc. In this capacity, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and for the supervision of all business operations. Ms. Green has over a decade of experience in government contractinggeneral management, program/project management, and management consulting.

Prior to becoming CEO of RER Solutions, Ms. Green was an Associate Partner in Gallup’s Government Consulting Practice. Ms. Green led the business development efforts with several Federal Government agencies. Her specific duties included identifying and assessing opportunities, developing technical and business proposals, identifying teaming partners, negotiating teaming agreements, project scoping, timeline development, resource allocation and budgeting, contract administration, and client management. Her clients included the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Department of Labor, Passport Services Office, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Engagements for these clients included survey research, organizational performance consulting, and strategic communications.

Ms. Green previously held dual roles as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives with RER and Director of Operations with Global Recovery Group, LLC (GRG). She led the company’s government contracting business development efforts, overseeing related marketing activities, managing proposals, and providing support for corporate strategic initiatives. She also ran GRG’s day-to-day operations managing accounting/finance, human resources, information technology and general administration.

Ms. Green began her professional career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, providing management consulting services to multiple Fortune 500 companies on a variety of topics including strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and branding.

Ms. Green graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She received her Master’s in Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.  She also serves on the board of Mary’s Center.

Christopher Kallivokas

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kallivokas, COO, has extensive experience in the acquisition, valuation, due diligence/underwriting, financing, asset management, and disposition of commercial real estate, real estate secured loans, and real estate subsidiaries of all types. He has supervised the valuation and due diligence/underwriting of over 100 portfolios of real estate and real estate secured loans for clients in both the private and government sectors. In addition, he has initiated, staffed, and supervised the asset management and orderly liquidation of 22 portfolios of distressed commercial real estate related assets ranging from $100 million to over $1.2 billion in book value, each.

Mr. Kallivokas previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the J.E. Robert Companies, where he was responsible for all asset management, capital recovery, and sales and marketing activities. While there, he supervised the valuation, management or disposition of more than $5 billion of real estate assets and coordinated the efforts of more than 80 professionals working from four regional offices. Mr. Kallivokas also served as president of Nationwide Building and Development Corporation, the build-out subsidiary for Continental Mortgage Investors’ major $1.2 billion bankruptcy workout. He also directed the real estate lending department of a national commercial bank located in Washington, D.C.

Previously, Mr. Kallivokas served Central Florida’s largest real estate firm as lead property manager. He holds real estate brokerage and general contracting licenses in several states, and previously served as Chairman of the Real Estate Capital Recovery Association (RECRA), the workout industry’s primary professional association.

Mr. Kallivokas holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida.
